😄Qcode 40 is not an error, It indicates your system has awakened from S4 sleep state. (Set in your Windows power plan)
When you reboot your system you get AA which is normal transition to ACPI mode and the system then enters Windows. Nothing wrong there.
Does the black screen appear after a reboot or waking from sleep state?
If this is occurring from sleep state, Update your graphics driver or try changing your power plan.
If you have updated then rollback the driver or try a system restore.
