Wasn't available 'till this morning in the public download area: https://www.asus.com/ROG-Republic-Of...Desk_Download/
Just installed, and still the same bug: halved transfer rate on resume after sleep only (Hybernation or reboot will restore correct speed)
G752VY-T7004T
Driver: Intel Chipset SATA RAID Controller (= Intel RST drivers) 14.6.3.1032 by Intel Corporation.
Drive Model: NVMe SAMSUNG MZVPV256, Drive Revision: BXW7
BIOS 211
EDIT:
just checked and now I have the RAID/AHCI option in the new BIOS, will try switching to AHCI modifying first those Windows registry keys (and creating a Restore Point)...Last edited by hexaae; 04-16-2016 at 09:04 AM.

I downloaded the G752VYAS_211 BIOS file the 8th of March. I thought it to be peculiar that the file was available on some Asus download sites and not on others.

Same problem here: can't switch to AHCI, even after being sure my registry was OK with
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Servic es\msahci "Start" value set to 0
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Servic es\iastorV "Start" value set to 0
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Servic es\atapi "Start" value set to 0
and changing BIOS 211 from RAID to AHCI I have blue screen INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE.
BTW, it was already set to 0 for all keys in the registry.
(Ignore the driver name "Windows 7", I have of course Windows 10 x64 installed)
I wonder if I should try AHCI from BIOS + msahi "Start" = 1.... mh...Last edited by hexaae; 04-16-2016 at 01:35 PM.

I also too noticed my Samsung NVMe SM951s speed is reeduced after I sleep the computer. I am running BIOS 211 with latest Intel chipset driver 14.8.0.1042. Hopefully this issue will be addressed soon.

SOLVED!
I can confirm that switching to AHCI will cure this issue with halved M.2 transfer rate after resume from sleep!
Config:
BIOS 212, driver: Intel(R) 100 Series/C230 Chipset Family SATA AHCI Controller 14.8.0.1042
Boot drive: NVMe SAMSUNG MZV PV256 (was originally set to RAID), second drive: Samsung SSD 850 EVO 1TB
AHCI mode BEFORE sleep and AFTER sleep resume:
(ATTO download from Softpedia)
How to switch from RAID to AHCI the simplest way? Here is it, tested and worked fine for me:
http://www.tenforums.com/drivers-har...tml#post332243
No need to edit registry.
1. Run Command Prompt as Admin
2. Invoke a Safe Mode boot with the command: bcdedit /set {current} safeboot minimal
3. Restart the PC and enter your BIOS during bootup with F2 (...note by Hexaae).
4. Change from RAID (...note by Hexaae) to AHCI mode then Save & Exit.
5. Windows 10 will launch in Safe Mode.
6. Right click the Windows icon (or use WIN+X ...note by Hexaae) and select to run the Command Prompt in Admin mode from among the various options.
7. Cancel Safe Mode booting with the command: bcdedit /deletevalue {current} safeboot
8. Restart your PC once more and this time it will boot up normally but with AHCI mode activated.Last edited by hexaae; 11-05-2016 at 11:56 AM.
