Two Samsung 950 Pro's in RAID0/Z170-A/Need BIOS Settings

Hi, I will be upgrading my current Samsung 830 SSD main OS drive to two Samsung 950 Pro NVMe's in RAID0.
I know how to create the RAID0 array from BIOS, but I need to know what BIOS settings do I need so that the PC recognizes the RAID0
drive as bootable. Thanks for any feedback.
(mobo=Asus Z170-A BIOS 1702+Windows 8.1x64)
