Anyone else have a problem with the front bay only detecting fans when connected to the B port?

It's absolutely weird that the front bay only detects when on B; however, you need the fans on A to be detected by AI suite. After problem after problem with AI suite, I refuse to ever use that application again.

I plan on switching back to port B now, but curious to hear from others if they have this issue.

I opened a ticket with Asus, yet they never got back to me.
