980ti matrix/20th gold heatsink removal

How do I go about removing the heatsink on these models?

The head (Phillips) seems to be from the inside of the pcb or am I completely missing something?

You remove the same way as you remove the Matrix one:

The four central ones are the ones that hold the cooler in contact with the GPU.

So the four screws that hold the gpu bracket support the whole cooler?

Hmm seems kinda weird. Or does the four screws support the back plate which then comes off to then have access to all the other screws seems right.

The way the backplate works is the same as the reference one, the changes are basically some more screws to hold the backplate. But the GPU part is equal.
