Weird problems with new laptop

Hey guys I'm new to this.
My First gaming laptop.

ASUS ROG g752
i7 6700HQ
2.60GHz
16GB, 1TB+128GB SSD, Windows 10
GTX 970M

I Only have steam and origins on here
6 games downloaded from both ^^

like the title says, I'm getting popping noises from my speakers when I first turn it on even with the sound completely
Off.
Also just started a week ago but when I go to turn it on the next day the ASUS logo comes on the screen for a few seconds than the laptop
Just shuts off like the battery has been pulled out.
I press the power button again and it turns on fine. I can shut it off and turn it back on no problem for the rest of the day.
I've also had random game crashes on start up as well.
I've only had it for about a month or so now and I'm starting to feel like something's wrong with it..
I'm just wondering if there's anyone else who has experienced the same things as me with this.
And what should I do. Take it back and get a new one? Or are these just what this laptop does lol.

I heard then that Asus is one of the powerful gaming laptop but yes, I also found some reviews about some issues. It might be a power state failure and the graphics card caused by it as well? Perhaps, you have it check by a computer technician first.

Yeah I agree, also heard about the laptop issues for Asus.
