    Let me ask this, do you have the windows installation disk? You could put that in and boot from it and let it load and see if your mouse works.

    I have and it works. My USB doesnt work only in Win but it works in BIOS and recovery disc menu.

    Ok this is good.

    How big of a deal would it be to reinstall windows or do a recovery?

    I know it's a little bit of a pain but it's not too bad if you don't have very much installed, I'm not sure what else to do other than that.

    I tried that too but drive with my windows is locked somehow so I cant do that

    What do you see in the device manager? USB is part of the windows 10 operating system and the drivers should never be uninstalled. Do you see usb in the d3evice manager or a yellow bang?

    There should be a repair option and a system restore option when the windows dvd loads, are you able to use either of these?

    It would make sense that the USB 3.0 would stop working but the 2.2 should still work, if they start in safe mode (its like F4 or something) then the generic windows USB drivers should be loaded.

    Check if the mouse works in the BIOS and safe mode, if yes, either reinstall windows or do a restore
