I don't see how it's a baby. It's an E-ATX board with more features plus the new style uefi bios. I want that dual native nvme ports as well.

I will definitely upgrade to this new board with all the features and looks.
Funny, you really think this is anything other than a new paint job?

This is Asus, no official support, local support know jack sh*t & forum don't bother coming in any more because they can't help so don't try.

It will still have problems, this is why people are all jumping ship!

Probaby go to EVGA next, not really looked into them yet as I have no plans to upgrade for a couple of years.

That would be the best choice I think next to Asus. I haven't used their boards but supposedly their X99 Classified is a super stable board with good overclocking. I would wait a bit though because they are refreshing their boards too. They just announced a new X99 FTW K board so a Classified should be around the corner.

They are the only brand I buy for my video cards. They have just about the best support in the industry and their turnaround times are very quick on RMA's. When you call you deal with U.S. support so that's probably why.

    Gonzo,
A word to the wise, I was a longtime fanboi of EVGA mobo since the day they started making them. Then the x79 fiasco made me leave them forever. The grass isn't always greener elsewhere. They have have gremlins too. LOL Thank Goodness their still solid on their GPU's

The X79 was a disaster but their X99 is one of the best. Just check out some reviews and youtube videos.
