Crosshair V Formula USB ports not working after Windows 10 upgrade

I have a working system running under Windows 7. I ran the free windows 10 upgrade and all my USB ports are disabled (which makes a mess when you have a USB keyboard and mouse attached). I've uninstalled the USB drivers in Windows 10, but Windows reinstalls them as disabled. I also tried installing them from the Asus driver installer. Keyboard and mouse work fine when in the BIOS, and stop working when Win10 launches. The M/B has a combo PS/2 jack - which lets me connect either a keyboard OR mouse. Does anyone have the pinouts for the combo jack? I tried a PS/2 Y cable designed for combo jacks, but only the keyboard pigtail works. Troubleshooting is a bit difficult with only one input device. Does anyone have a solution for the combo jack, or a solution for USB drivers for Windows 10? For now, I've reverted back to Windows 7 - and everything works just fine.
