I'm interested in Asus Strix GL502, the spesification, design, and price could make me drolling.
    It's unfortunate that I couldn't buy it.
Btw, I just registered and know this forum from the giveway page, nice to meet you.

I'm going to take a good guess that the GT51 will likely come with GTX 1080 options later in the future. Since the GT51 project was started a bit earlier before the GTX 1080 was available so when they came up with the specs they just used the Titan X as that was the best card at that time.

Thanks for the Reply. GT51 with 1080 will be my next Asus PC , That means another 6 months or more .. Yes the GT51 project is from CES2015 long time ago. Have been waiting for the GT51 ever since . When I do get a GT51 ill donate my G30AB to a community centre to a child or teen in need of a PC with 6 months of free internet

Any more documentation on The XG station 2? I'm thinking of possibly going Surface Book with an extended docking station for gaming. That way I can take my workstation to work and then plug it in for 267 DPI.

EDIT: Nevermind. Surface book never got a Thunderbolt/USB C connector. So much for that idea.

NO, it's not overkill. OVERKILL NOT EXIST. ASUS know best, their gaming laptops are outstanding special now when they learn how to cooldown beasts.
Overheating could be biggest problem for guys who play games on laptop.
I would add only one thing Filco Manila AIR, 67 Keys, Bluetooth Mechanical Keyboard with Cherry MX Brown switches...
She is PERFECT for laptops, no wire, nothing...Than people could enjoy in typing same as on desktop PC...

Bahz, I am new to the republic and look forward into purchasing my next gaming laptop as an ASUS product. I'm interested in buying the XG Station 2 when released and have been looking at the G752 to buy now since it has Thunderbolt 3, but even so, would that laptop be compatible with the XG Station 2 or is it best to wait for future laptops that will be, such as the ROG G701 or ROG Strix GL702?

My issue with that lies in the device itself. Most tablets don't have the pressure sensitive stylus and that's a must for me (so if it works with one I'll be pretty darned happy). I like to draw. design, write on my current tablets and the idea of using it as a portable station that I can attach a card for extra gaming/processing power is quite attractive.

So if it's compatible with a Digitizer Stylus like the VivoTab or ZenPad (Z580CA) then I'll be more than happy to jump that bandwagon
