Gpu/cpu throtlling?

i have owned a ROG G501JW since last year but i just noticed these a while ago.. when playing for a couple or more hours im starting to
have problems regarding FPS.. it constantly drops for i dont know the reason why.. screen freezes for a couple of seconds and its back its really anoying when playing
MOBA's and online games

ive read this thread a while ago and concluded that all ROG NB's has throtlling on it..

upgraded on windows 10 since my laptop came in with windows 8.1
installed all necessary drivers and updated bios

any fixes?
