Did you get yourself a battery replacement?
I experienced the 'blinking orange battery light' issue but now the battery light turned orange and it stays the same whenever I plug in. Why?

I have tried that several times already, but it did not worked for me. I guess its gonna cost a bomb if there is a need to replace the battery.
Still, does anyone knows what does the constant unblinking orange battery light means?

I think it just means there is something wrong with the battery and it can't determine the battery levels. That is just IMO though. I have been able to get rid of it and to keep it off once my battery level reaches like 88%ish or whatever I unplug and let it run down. It's annoying but at least it allows me to use whatever battery is still left and not have the blinking led. The max I have seen my battery go to since the issue started is 92% and that was once. It usually stops in the high 80%'s.

Here's a recent thread on this - http://rog.asus.com/forum/showthread.php?85292-G751JT-battery-only-charges-to-82 Here's another - https://rog.asus.com/forum/showthread.php?84196-G751JY-flashing-battery-indicator-light-with-battery...
There are other threads as well. This definitely seems to be an issue with these computers lately and we are all seemingly out of warranty which is fun!

it means battery is on charging or not?

You have a shorted cell in the pack. Hence why it wont go past 92%. Unlike other battery systems the Lithium Polymer charges cells individually instead of as a string. This prevents catastrophe from occurring when a charger tries to boost the remaining cells to make up for the bad one.
Replace your pack, problem resolved. This issue has been reported multiple times.

Thanks for the justifications. Is it safe to continue using it? Does it has any impact and how long can the battery lasts?

It wont charge that cell and it wont over charge the others due to the design of it being a balancing charger.
Yes it has an impact on battery run time as you have one less cell to draw from. This will eventually beat up the remaining cells and cause them to fail.

My advice stands, get a new pack. A42N1403 0B110-00290000

This source I can vouch for. One of the few I have found that carries a good bit of OEM stuff
