For ages I've been trying to make myself a nameplate but always get issues when importing to Shapeways. I've used Maya and Free CAD.
If anyone can make a name plate for the z270 E with the word AZZATRU in RoG font and send it to me please that would be amazing, thanks a lot!

Hi there! I've managed to lose my logo from my gpu. I want to ask if any of you could and know if it's possible to print it 3d or if I could buy it somewhere online. Well seems after over a year of trying to get through to Asus in the fact the Z270G I/O cover is useless if you want to use a gpu they are going to finally correct it.

From a response from a supervisor:

"Your case was escalated to our engineers who advised that The earliest that we can correct the file is the 26th of June."


Now for them to just release working versions of the Aura software alot sooner then they do to be compatible with Windows updates. Or better yet just rewrite the program completely so it doesn't depend on specific Windows versions and will still work properly after a Windows update. At least they are telling me the last stable version doesn't work because of the newest Windows updates. Who knows if that is really the case. lol

I did need to use THREE standoff screws to make the damned thing for due to the LED header and the optional USB C (I think that's what it is) connector. They got in the way of the "stands" so by using three stand offs I was able to work around the issue. For the LED I found a small strip of 3 LEDs about 4 inches long but since I only needed one (the center) I used some hit glue to fix it to the back. Tucked the extra wires back (just in case I wanted to extend from it later) and plugged it into the top LED header. Works perfectly!

I shot you a pm also but where on earth did you find a short rgb strip like that? I've been looking everywhere and I'm coming up empty. I want to take the I/O cover from a Z270E, Z270F, X370F and use it on my Z270G. Problem is Asus has a circuit board with a mass of wires connecting to the board for that rgb light in the cover. So it's not a standard 5050 rgb header. So I want to remove the circuit board and install a short strip like you have then connect it to a 5050 header on my Z270G for Aura to control it when they get a working version again for the newest Win 10 update.

Here is the cover that is used on all 3 of those boards above
