Just picked up a 950 pro and am experiencing slow boot times. I read this guide(https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=1&ved=0ahUKEwjElMDCnofNAhUJej4KHVz4CX0...) but did not change PCIEx8 and m.2 setting until after I installed my windows in UEFI mode. Even after I changed the setting to m.2 I am still experiencing slow boot times. NOt sure how to fix this or if any one else has had this issue. Any help would be much appreciated.
PC specs:
Intel 5930k
Rampage5 extreme
3x gtx 980s
2x intel 730 ssds
32 gb ram
1300 watt psu.

I beleve rev 2001, but I think my issue has to do with me installing windows before I set PCIEx8 to m.2. I have no over clock but I did take volts off my cpu to try and combat thermals. Im running at like 1.25 volts at 3.5 Ghz or something. im about to flash my bios so ill have t o do it over anyway.
