    How to read Post

A post question, generally, goes to the web designer, but I could not find.
Question: In the lower right corner of a post there are 2 icons. First, one is to use a quote in your response to a message. The second one looks like a ("") symbol. Nothing seems to happen when I try to execute (""). I would like to know the popes of the ("). Bob

If you hover over them in various browsers, you will see what any given link actually does:
"+ (the one at far lower right)

This has the same effect of the "quick reply" box you see automatically, so it appears to do nothing, although some code does actually run in your browser. It just appears that it figures out you already have a reply box open so there is nothing to do.

    The next one over:

This opens a new page with the text of the post inserted in the reply window already.
