4.3Ghz overclock shows in BIOS… but ONLY at 3.9Ghz in windows

    Hello everyone!

I've had my CPU overclocked with no problems for several years now at 4.3Ghz. Recently I did a clean install of windows 10, so I reset by BIOS back to factory defaults in order to install Windows 10 without any hiccups.

After windows 10 was installed successfully, I loaded my BIOS overclock profile that I have saved in BIOS and all settings are exactly back to the way they use to be; in BIOS CPU is listed at 4.3GHZ...

BUT when I get into windows my I7 3370K is only reported at its default speed of 3.9Ghz. It does not overclock to 4.3Ghz although it's properly configured in BIOS.

What should I do to get overclock to report correct 4.3Ghz overclock in Windows? Suggestions please!
