First I had a Rampage V Extreme, wich was pretty bad, 2 mins loading screen, showing the Circle at windows loading for around 30 Sek.

Is 2x Kingston in Raid 0, I TRIED install on a single ssd, no help. same bootup. tried set all to fast boot in bios., new sata kabels.

Notthing help sadly.

But first then system is booted up, is won kinda fine.

So this make no sences.

Just to give a shot in the blue - please list all your system components and attached devices for a more elaborated analysis - I wouldn't wonder if an attached usb device is causing the issue.
Sometimes older/not compliant (that is to the usb >=3.0 specs) usb devices can delay or prevent a proper xHCI efi->os hand-off.

There is no USB device in.

Asus X99 Delux 2
Core I7 6900K
Nvidia, EVGA GeForce GTX 980 Kingpin
Corsair Dominator Platinum 16GB 3000Mhz
2x Kingston HyberX 120GB Raid (OS) 2xKingston 240GB Raid (Games)

I just tried a old Micro C400, and the boot was faster on that. but not fast like it should be. even on a old 3770K pc, my ssd are faster.

Do you have any spare SSD(s) that you can try to boot from?
Maybe something's not right with the drives, just really guessing here.

I installed, the sata/Chipset drivers and all.

and again AS I wirte, I have no USB device in.

Can the ram really be the problem? if you said Corsair ram is not good on asus mobo.

One more question, have you installed the chipset drivers and the SATA drivers for your board as well?

My RVE usually boots in about 30 seconds (to full OS load). Every once in a while it would take forever - I could go make a sandwich, change my oil, and get through about half of the works of Shakespeare before it would boot. I disconnected a couple of USB hard drives and the long boot times went away.
