Mine is due in today along with a claymore. Ill post up what I get before and after. If its problematic the return process will be started before the day is out. Its already bad enough to drop that kind of $$ on a mouse then if it doesn't work 150% whats the point?

Mine is working but the lack of a manual and vague instructions leave quite a bit to be desired. I was about to have a cow when firmware update kept failing then find out I have to have the mouse plugged in to USB. After all that was sorted, kept locking up but finished eventually on to paring for wireless. push the pair button multiple times, mouse on. mouse off nothing. Then discover that after you hit the pairing button you also have to left click to start the paring process.

Its up and running and a few profiles loaded to place buttons for my liking. Going to take a bit to get used to from the Logitech MX master I was using before. Add to that trying to get used to a claymore from a membrane KB Ive used for a long time is also kicking my butt.

mine often doesn't work at boot up, i have disconnect - connect the USB port and then it works again.

I had it plugged in to my PG348Q, but the plugging - unplugging was a pain the *ss. Its now in my PC to make it easier. Its of course really bad that a mouse so expensive have such a basic problem.

I am on JustinThyme's route, got the Claymore yesterday, but immidiatly returned it, keys l, s f, and enter don't always work, Updating the firmware crashed the Armoury softwayre,

We appreciate the feedback, we're working hard with our peripheral team to make sure we resolve all these QC and software/firmware issues. I'll make sure the feedback reaches our peripheral team. Thanks.

I hate to add to the problems here, but I recently dropped $160 on the Spatha and 3 days after I started using it the A button started sticking. At first I thought it might be a sticky switch so I changed them out, didn't help so upon further investigation I was very surprised to find that ASUS has zero return function on the mouse buttons other than the plastic they are made of. Very poor design and I'm shocked that ASUS would use such poor design.
Surprised because I currently own 3 ROG G models and recently ordered the new G800VH, and have had absolutely zero problems with any of my laptops. In fact I have had such good luck that I wouldn't buy anything other than ASUS in a laptop. I purchase the Spatha from New Egg and the process of returning it is such a pain in the butt that I am looking for ways to modify the buttons on my own.
I don't know if anyone else is having the same problems but I cant believe others aren't having the same problems as I am, or wont in the future.

No reports of buttons sticking, I would assume it might be just your mouse. I think better to return it for a replacement first and if you confirmed it's definitely an issue then I can pass this over to our peripheral team to look into this.
