G752VY and Windows 10 Game DVR records but with no sound

Hi,

Was hoping anyone got the Windows 10 Game DVR to record Windows 10 specific games (like Forza Apex or Killer Instinct) with audio.
So far I've tried the lowest speaker default audio format, keeping it in stereo, turning off sonic studio 2, with or without an attached headphone and reinstalling audio drivers.
Shadowplay and Xsplit do work but not on those Windows 10 UWP games.

Updaate:

Workaround -

a) Unhide and enable Stereo Mixer from Recording Devices and make that the default device.
b) Enable Mic Recording with Game DVR
