Hi said53 🙂
Only use fast boot once your system is configured correctly in all aspects.

Go to your Bios>Boot Menu>Enable Fast Boot.
>USB Support> Choose whats good for you.
> PS2 devices> disable if using USB peripherals
>Network stack driver>disable.
Next boot after AC power loss>your choice
Boot Logo display>disable
Post report>0-2 seconds
Ensure boot priority to your SSD and disable other Legacy options to HDD if you don't have them.
Check CSM is enabled.
Check AHCI for SATA
Check: Boot Device Control: UEFI
Boot from M.2 device.
Disable Hot Plug on all ports except those set for eSATA.

Go to>Advanced menu
CPU configuration>Boot performance mode: Turbo

SATA configuration: AHCI.
Disable Hot Plug on all ports except those set for eSATA.

Also here is a good tutorial by JJ : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=amwujljr7pY

Please report your results:)
