You have to Disable "CPU Spread Spectrum". In 2xxx BIOS this option is Disabled as default, in 3xxx series is Auto as default (Auto - may it be Enabled). Disabled it in 3xxx BIOS. If You Enable it in 2xxx BIOS Power loose will return.
I just saw tis and thought I'd have a check...

Alas CPU Spread Spectrum is "auto" on mine too, (2xxx, and XMP) and I don't experience the restarting issue.

I check on couple of BIOS versions. In my config when CPU Spread Spectrum is auto or enabled random power loses
when disabled everything OK - stable as a rock.

Oddly, I'm the exception here. I have to leave it on auto. If I disable it, it increases instability.

I believe it has to do with local extent of electromagnetic interference. If you are in an area with low EMI, you should disable it. If high, leave it on.

I did just move though, and my girlfriend's computer is no longer 3 feet away from mine. I haven't retried it yet, but I will at some point.

Just reinstalled 3202, did id two times as suggested. Loaded optimized defaults, disabled CPU Spread Spectrum option, 30 minutes later - reboot in the middle of internet browsing.

    Back to trusty 2101.

Come on Asus, put your things together, this is not funny anymore
