Asus Maximus z170 Boot Issue

Hello,

i read almost every thread in this forum about booting.

Problem: i see this screen at booting up: http://www.xbitlabs.com/images/mainboards/asus-p8z77-v/post.png ( i know its z77 😉 )
I went from MSI, Asrock and Gigabyte boards. They dont show me this screen. I am using fast boot/fast boot ultra and got boot times about 6-10s.
But with Asus i cant boot directly to windows. I have to wait for this bios post screen.

System:

Asus ROG Maximus VIII Extreme + 1701
4x8 Gbyte Crucial DDR4-2400 + XMP
980 Ti in Slot 3 (x8) (Cooler wont fit in Slot 1)
Windows 10
Maus + Keyboard USB

Boot Menu

Fast Boot = enabled
Fast Boot after AC power loss = enabled
Boot Logo Display = disabled
Post Report = 0
Post Delay Time = 0
Boot Up Numlock State = disabled
Above 4G Decoding = disabled
Wait for F1 if Error = disabled
Option Rom Messages = disabled
Launch CSM = disabled.
Secure Boot= other os/disabled

PCH Storage Configuration
Smart self test = off

Memory Timings
MRC fast boot = enabled

There must be some BIOS-Option-combination to use fast boot @ ultra.

I set my Boot Logo Display as Auto, and I don't see this screen, but an ROG logo instead.

Boot Logo Display = disabled ---> change this one!

Windows runs in UEFI ... i checked it. Runs fine in UEFI mode on serveral other PCs.

Boot Logo Display = disabled shows me the Asus Rog Logo. On the other Mainboards i just see Windows Loading... i dont want to see the post screen neither the asus logo

afaik theres no option for that except turning your monitor on like 5seconds after youve turned on the pc.. lol

you can either see the rog logo or the post screen. the windows logo shows only while booting. if youve installed windows in uefi mode theres a rog logo instead of the windows logo while booting.

ive tried many settings too (and im using an nvme drive) boot time didnt really improve compared to a normal ssd. i guess its an asus thing. but i dont care personally
