The difference between each core is normal. How bit of a difference depends on how you mounted your heatsink and the method used to spread the thermal compound.

I remounted the cpu cooler but no dice. Has the same temperature differences between the cores. I tried to overlock at 4.4 ghz with 1.220v but it goes at 1.280-1.300v. How is the voltage for 4.4 ghz? isn't too much? The difference of temperature is the same.

I have a similar issue with the CPU min clock speed/stepping being 40 mhz but the cpu core voltage in AIDA64 and CPUZ shows a value of less than 1 volt at times as low as 0.784 but averages around 0.8??
I have cleared the cmos by F5 and F10 in the bios , I couldn't find how to get it to down clock to 800mhz

make sure youre using balanced power plan in windows power options. if youre running at high performance your cpu wont downclock and will run always at max speed.

Always used performance plan and turned off green settings in BIOS off exactly NOT to downclock, its ridiculous buying a "top of the line" PC and then be worried about electric bills. I want mine running full tilt because when its on i'm gaming/video coding/heavy multitasking 95% of the time.

CPU min/mix speed stepping is normal and will change according to mobo brand/model, with "crappier" models and auto voltages you will notice it more, my VIII Hero does ~10mhz (4694-4704) with LLC 5 and other locked settings.

Ram voltage is 1.35v usually with DDR4, a few need 1.38v/1.4v to stay stable with new mobos until proper BIOS are made.

Seems to be running fine at 1.33v, As for the CPU it wasn't the voltage that i was worried about but the CPU running at x40.00 when idle

Hey guys so I replaced my procesor with a one made in Malay, seems that this processor has a very uniform temps but it it has a higher voltage at 1.414v in full load and I overlocked it at 4.4 ghz and voltage at 1.240 and in full load it goes to 1.268v but here is the thing a notticed that my mousei could move in occt but occt hags like 5-8 secons and then in continues. So my question is do i need a higher voltage or is it the skylake bug? I having the latest bios.
