Is gl552vw have keyboard ghosting problem?

I just brought new GL552VW-CN174D
if i press z and x then c v b n m , . / not working.
if i press arrow up and z then x s w 2 not working.

is it a keyboard ghosting problem? Or how can i solve this?

Just try to hold down at the point on left side of your touchpad and hit your trouble buttons, goodluck!
