First Pcie lane led indicator always out, and led flashing for pcie slot no 4

Suddenly, overnight the fourth yellow led started blinking. first led is now always out, even with a grafic card installed in the first slot.
code remains at 00.
i have removed the grafic cards and put just one card back, but the problem is still there,
Could the mainbord be broken, because i have made no changes to the hardware or bios settings.
Computer will not boot at all, just code 00, first led is out, second and third are lit, the fourth yellow led blinks.

I had that happen to me too. The cpu was dead.
