When overclocking I try to keep my VCore to 1.30 What about the Cache? How high is that allowed to go on a Rampage Extreme with a 5930k?

I wouldn't ever go higher than 1.25 vcache on a 5930k, and in fact I keep mine at 1.21v for 24/7 use (gets me 4.2Ghz). The limited performance improvement you get from cache overclocking simply isn't worth the risk (or the additional overall heat) to go any higher.

Your temps are "about" what I would expect for the ambient temp and air cooling. I say about....I would actually expect at stock that the idle temp be a couple of degrees lower so yeah...I would always recommend re-pasting and remounting if in doubt. Get a good paste like PK-1 and apply sparingly...check pattern in paste when you take off cooler...will show if you have put too much or too little...

The temps you show for 4.5 show the cooler struggling to keep up for me...I would be very careful in watching temps stress testing...
