I have 32 gb of Kinston fury @2400mhz in my pc with my ranger viii and 6700k (non oc) I also have 16 gb of corsair lpx 2133( oc to 2666 and 2800mhz sitting idle in spares cupboard ) which is the memory I should use. I got the corsair memory when I had a i5 6600k in this mobo and a lad at the pc shop said the Kingston 2400 would be the best and more stabe . any help is welcome

Hi dessy48

With games you won't notice the difference between the two, I'll bet your Kingston fury ram can overclock to 3000MHz. I'm using Kingston hyperX predator 16GB 2400MHz and it can easily overclock to 3000MHz.

I'd say stick with the Kingston ram too.

thanks I will have a look at over clocking the kignston with the corsair as reserve as it ran very stable @2800mhz, I got the kingst because I originaly bought 2 stix of 8 gb corsair 3000mhz but bios kept locking up and I had to reflash the bios to get my mobo back, asus said they did not support this memory , but internet said it was a voltage problem , anyway the 32 gb 2400 MHz was cheap at the time so I just went for stability .thanks for the input

I'd pick the Kingston kit as that's the only brand I would use nowadays. I've never run into compatibility with their memory kits on this platform or any previous platforms. 🙂

Besides, you should pick quantity over speed anyday!
