Hi everyone,

Just ordered a G751JY and i am interested in replacing the drive where the OS is installed.
However, i will order the sdd once the laptop arrives and i can check if it comes with an M2 adapter or not.


Thing is, this notebook already comes with win10 preinstalled and checking the stickies available here i see guides for doing this with Win 8 with Asus Backtracker or how to clean install with UEFI.

However i dont see how this would work with a preinstalled Win10 since Asus Backtracker doesnt seem to work with Win10. I was hoping for a Backtracker solution since i have no experience installing an OS with UEFI (though i guess this could be my first).


Would i need to create an USB stick with Win10 and do a clean install or is there a way to make an Asus ready USB?
