Press the CMOS clear button, reconfigure any necessary settings (like memory timing/frequency/voltage), then it should boot normally. I think the fast boot/startup stuff in Windows 10 gets confused if you change connected ports between power off and back on like probably occurred in a chassis swap.
Did you check the hard drive bootup priorities? That logo means you're using the ROG deafult boot loader so you can try changing it to your drive instead
looks like it is loading Windows. Try sfc /scannow when you come in to Windows it need to be run as admistrator in the console(CMD). Do you have any usb items connected if yes try to remove them.
i tried all that had state above, but problem still exists or rather it got worst. while playing game, the whole PC just freeze on me. So i reformatted it and as for now the boot up speed just like before i change my casing and no freezing so far
