The max for your chip is programmed into it in the vid table....and is the max at stock operating frequency.

Anything else is dependant on cooling...load type...etc etc and no table exists covering the myriad possible operating conditions in non stock cofigurations.

I'd like to see a source for that number as well? There are many people running HW and BW above that 24/7 without issue and "auto" settings in the BIOS for even a mild or built-in OC are going to exceed that.
