If the temperature difference is less than 10c, this is within intel's margin of error in their thermal sensors. This series of processors in particular (i7 6th gen) seems to be pretty piss-poor when it comes to their sensors. If your heatsink is properly placed and you don't have more than a 10 degree difference between lowest and highest values, don't worry about it.

Also, remember different parts of the die are going to be different temperatures regardless.
