What is PPID value on GTX950 Strix VGA card?

HI, I bought the Asus Geforce GTX 950 Strix Gaming and I am having issue to claim my free game due to invalid PPID.
I have contacted Asus support but was redirected to oppromotion@asus.com.au email.
I had email it on last Monday but no response so far. Has anyone encountered same problem?
The PPID format is GTX950 AAAAAA-BBBBB CCCCCC-DDD EEEEE

I have tried different combination but none works. I used ASUSGamePromotionAuthenticator.exe program and it rejected my PPID. Appreciate for any help since the promo will end soon.

HI all,
Has anyone ever redeem Asus free game promotion recently from ROG gaming graphic card? It did not work for me/not valid.
The website from Asus is shown below. I have tried for two weeks time but no luck with registration, with both manual and automatic ways.
