Hi all!
My PSU has recently died. I've gotten it replaced with a working one, but I'm now having trouble getting my system to boot correctly.
Here are the symptoms:
1. It POSTs, but only after a CMOS clear.
If I enter the UEFI and then restart in any way (even power cycle), the subsequent boots will restart after QCODEs 68-79-91-95-restart.
The restart isn't full (the fans don't turn off), the boot sequence simply goes back to the beginning (QCODE 00).

* "CPU Fan Error!" - this is because my system is liquid cooled an I need to set the CPU Fan Monitor to Ignore. (

* "When RAID configuration was built, ensure to set SATA Cofiguration to RAID mode" - this is because I have a RAID controller and need to set PCH Storage Configuration to RAID. (

Here's what I have tried:
1. CMOS clear, boot into UEFI, exit with no changes. Result: goes into restart loop.
2. CMOS clear, boot into UEFI, make changes to CPU Fan Monitor & RAID config, exit with save changes. Result: goes into restart loop.
3. CMOS clear, boot into UEFI, power cycle the PC. Result: goes into restart loop.
4. CMOS clear, POST - do *not* enter UEFI, power cycle the PC. Result: POSTs again with the same errors.
5. CMOS clear, boot into UEFI, boot directly into Windows Boot Manager (straight from UEFI, do not pass go, do not collect $200, do not restart). (

6. CMOS clear, boot into UEFI, run memtest off a USB. Result: memtest is 100% successful.
7. Disabling different PCIE lanes with the onboard switch, CMOS clear, boot into UEFI, make changes to CPU Fan Monitor & RAID config, exit with save changes. Result: goes into restart loop.
8. Switching to the secondary BIOS setting via onboard switch, repeating above steps. Result: no changes.
9. Accessed the SSDs in the system (including RAID drive) via EZFlash tool in UEFI (just to browse contents). Result: was able to browser contents of SSDs correctly.
