Black screen on gl552vw after windows 10 installation - solved?

Hello,
After Windows 10 installation on my GL552VW I see a black screen with white mouse cursor in second step (causing of username and PC name) of windows first configuration,
in first step (security and Microsoft-spy settings) of configuration anything work fine.

How may I solve this problem?
I take a look in other posts, but don't find a working solution.

hm...are you able to start the factory reset over? Are you able to access the desktop yet or are you still in the start up portion? if you tap F9 upon powering on the system you can access the advanced options screen. there you can click troubleshoot>reset your pc

A solution was to install Windows 10 from another build, I think it was driver problem in old windows build.
