This is bug in .NET Framework. Audio drivers won't fix anything.

The older driver worked for me and these are the steps I used to install it.

    1) uninstall from programs, both the Realtek and Sonic Studios
    2) reboot
    3) delete any SS2 and Realtek folders from program files, program files 86x, program data, user local and roaming
    4) use ccleaner to clean registry
    5) install old driver manually and not through device manager

Same thing here with the Maximus VIII Ranger.

ASUS may be able to patch around the issue, but the issue isn't on the sonic studio side. I also experienced this after applying the anniversary update to Win 10. You can read my previous posts on this for detail, but simply put the problem is in the update not the sonic studio software. If you wipe your drive, fresh install the latest public Windows 10 build the driver package ASUS provides works fine.
