SupremeFX Hi-Fi not working with Spotify

I have the software for the SupremeFX Hi-Fi and I have an issue with it: Spotify is not working at all (playing any tracks). Has anyone else encountered this issue, but was able to resolve it? If so please post your feedback

Spotify works fine for me with the SupremeFX Hi-Fi.

Play a song and open the Volume Mixer. Do you see the volume levels going up and down?
