Hello, i have the latest nvidia driver 368.81 and i have shutters on youtube when watching in 1080p 60 fps. I have the latest bios on my motherboard 1902. Even in games i have this microshutter like GTA 5 and even in nvidia control panel if put maximum performance the problem still persists and the strange thing i noticed with msi afterbuner that gpu usage varries between 96-98 % and the vsync is off. I tried with older drivers but the problem remains. I uninstalled with DDU uninstaller. I noticed frame drops when moving the camera around (for example from 65 fps to 56fps. What could be the cause? I have 6700k and asus maximus viii hero.
