Rog g20 cards???

Hi guys,
Quick question as I can't get the answer online,
I have G20 and want the upgrade the graphics card to a GTX 970 or 980 haven't decided.
What are the card space dimensions so I can see if the cards I'm looking at will fit.
Reference cards are ideal right? as they are smaller and force the heat out the back of the card.

Great if someone could link me some ideas from amazon or a good card site. Scared to spend a fortune and it won't fit, any help would be great, cheers.

hey yes I can help you, right there is a few good cards out there, reference or founders edition will fit 100% like a glove, I have put in the evga gtx 980 into my g20aj and also fits good, I have a video on how to do this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sn7wqh1yGLw but why not go for a gtx 1060 as their are good or better then the gtx 980 and lower power and more power, get the founders edition card and your well away. here is a list of cards that will fit

https://www.amazon.co.uk/EVGA-GeForce-Superclocked-Express-Graphics/dp/B01IOWT538/ref=sr_1_7?s=compu...

https://www.amazon.co.uk/MSI-GeForce-GTX-1070-Founders/dp/B01GGBQBJK/ref=sr_1_21?s=computers&ie=UTF8...

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Gigabyte-NVIDIA-GDDR5-Graphics-Card/dp/B00UMVCYTM/ref=sr_1_14?s=computers&i...

their are around the £250-£300 which is the price for a gtx 980

Welsh Gaming,

Thanks for the reply things make sense now. I like the look of the 1060 you linked me, much difference with the superclocked version? can you explain what it means. Price wise is it worth it.

I have a i7 4790 12GB RAM GTX 750 WINDOWS 10

Gave you a follow on Youtube, cheers

one thing you will need to factor in your price is that extra power brick is around £50ish, the superclocked just means that you can overclock more power out of the card which should give you more frames, the only down side is that you will get higher temps, I try to always recommend people to buy the founders edition just due to the way it will push all that heat out of your case. let me know if you need any more help
