Thanks a bunch for all of the answers. Decided to update my build with a 1000 W EVGA PSU, yes I also think it's overkill, but to hell with it, it's not very much more expensive than the corsair PSU and I'd rather not stand there with another 1080 OC and find out my system doesn't boot because of too much Watts being drawn.
Secondly, yes Keidj, I have been debating with myself if I should go with the Formula or Hero, but I have decided that I'm going to go with the Hero and just install a PCI wifi card, and even with that I'll be roughly $100-120 under the price of the Formula. And I want to go with the Hero or ROG boards in general because of the themed lighting and look of my build. So yeah, I'll pay a little over the Z170 Pro Gaming for the shields and RGB lighting, but not crazy over the top.

And yes Buttfacesalsa is pretty fun to say, haha.
