G752VS not 120Hz?

I'm in the settings of my G752VS-XB72K and notice that it says it can only do 75Hz. But on their website it shows clearly that it should be doing 120Hz.
http://www.asus.com/ROG-Republic-Of-Gamers/ROG-G752VS/Features/

I found another site for these laptops where it lists 4 models, including the one I have, and says none of them offer 120Hz.
http://www.asus.com/us/site/g-series/

So what gives. Obviously at this point this computer does not have a 120Hz display, so why did that even say that it should on the first site if clearly none of them offer this refresh rate?!?!?

You already have G752VS?

You are so lucky!

Is it already DX12?

How much did you buy it?

Did you also get free mouse, headset and bag?

Hopefully Asus rep answers this thread...

Ya it came in on Friday shipped from newegg for $2,500 USD out the door. It has DX12 support, but to be fair so does the 980m G751JY. I did not get any free extras sadly. The laptop is very nice, looks good and performs exactly how you would expect a 1070 equipped laptop to run. It seems to run a tiny bit louder than my G751JY but its just a tiny bit. Its also larger than my G751JY to the point it will no longer fit in my AlienWare bag.

The only negative things I have to say is the fact the screen is not 120Hz and that Overclocking the unit gets very mixed responses as you can see from my other thread

I dont like OC as it is harmful for the CPU.
Wait, can you put external gpu so that you wont need to buy new laptop in the future... just connect external gpu...

Well, that more just turns your laptop into a desktop at that point 🙂

I did see that, but none of the G752VS laptops on the other link say they are 120hz. Even the $3000 one is not listed as 120hz
