Hey everybody,

Since this week I am the proud owner of an Asus ROG G501JW (Haswell version). Let me state first of all that I absolutely love this machine! The price/performance/buildquality is exemplary! That being said, I do notice the last two days the spacebar has begun 'squeeking' when pressed in a specific location. Of course (Murphy's Law) it is the exact spot my thumb lands when typing.

I consider it quite insane to return a perfect functioning laptop simply for a squeeky spacebar, but it is very annoying since I do type a lot during an office day. Did anybody else experience this, and if so, how did you fix it?
