I've checked the Armoury for keybindings and macros, the ESC key is on default and no macros at all (please see the attachments)!

    Any advice?

If the key is binded with a macro by accident, you can remove the macro by doing the following:

*To delete the assigned macro follow these steps:
Step one: Press Fn + R-Alt
Step two: Press the key you want to remove the macro from

    Step three: Fn + R-Alt
Step four: Press the key you want to remove the macro from.

Example: if you had set a macro key to the q key and want to remove it, press Fn + R-Alt -> press q once -> Fn + R-Alt -> press q again

I don't think we'll be able to share the S/N or batch numbers as I've asked before and since this model wasn't recalled, just shipments have stopped so to not cause any confusions I was told to tell customers to wait for a few months before purchasing to reduce the chance of getting a keyboard with the possible issues from before. I would recommend trying at the end of August as by then I'm sure by then most of the stock will be completely refreshed. I'll check again with our product manager on that and will confirm with you. Thanks.

    Old/new stock

Is there some disadvantage for people who have the old stock, if the buttons works fine?

Why the red dot award sticker.I didn't see the Claymore in the list of winners.

ROG M9E, yes but definitely no Claymore. I do, however, stand to be corrected.

None at all, just that some of the old stock had some of the issues mentioned before. If you get a perfectly working one then there's really no difference.

I was provided with the latest Armoury beta, for those who wish to help beta test this early build, please let me know. I have only sent this out to one person so far, I do however need a few more volunteers who would like to test it out. Once I confirmed with a small number of the people that this version doesn't have any major bugs then I'll share the link with everyone else. Please PM me if you're interested in testing out this beta version. Thanks.

This is only for the Claymore? I'm assuming there is nothing in the Armoury software for the Spatha that is new? If there is I can beta test. I do not have a Claymore.
