Hey guys, hello from Brasil.

I have this new problem when Windows 10 starts to run and AI is starting up:

I tried uninstall and reinstall both AI and C++ but the problem persists. I don't know the problem. Anyone have some advice?

I just saw others have this problem. Sorry my English is bad. I do not see anyone having solution for this. Is that true?

This issue seems to occur if you have disabled some of the USB ports (either explicitly in BIOS or by installing something into PCIEx4 slot).

As a workaround I had to disable ASUS DIPAwayMode in the Task Scheduler:

had no problem until the latest update. Did they ever come up with a fix?
