When i put my fans below 28% power the fans start to "rev" turning on and off it's "revs" even faster when i put it on 25% power. Can one of you 1060 strix owners replicate this?

In case nobody answers you, put fan speed on AUTO.
Why are you experimenting by going LOW FAN SPIN on what AUTO can regulate?
Do you believe you are going to get better results by OVERHEATING your GPU by experimenting?
What is your purpose of not going on AUTO?
Do you believe your GPU will last Longer by using less fan RPM.
Is your pet peeve NOISE?

Under some temperatures the fans also run below 28% on automatic and i get the revving.

GTX 1060 STRIX Owners, is this normal?
