The G74 on the Battlefield!

Sup folks! First of all, happy new year! 😄

Now, I am planning to get Battlefield 3, and as the title suggests, I am in possession of the G74sx, on which I, quite frankly, will also play BF3 on. Now, I wanted to ask owners of the G74sx, how the game runs on their system, and what settings they run it on. Also, very much appreciated would be some advisations about what kind of settings I could use for optimized gameplay.

Hi, naikeel112.

Your G74 (assuming it's with the 560M 3G DDR5 GPU) can play Battlefield 3 at High Settings.

I finished playing the game at Ultra Video Settings, Anti-aliasing at maximum, and changed
Ambient Occlusion from HBAO to SSAO.

I didn't have any problems with it- no over-heating, crashes, or lagging..

Thanks for the reply, and yes, I have the 560m with 3gigs and the 2670qm i7 processor
