Gears of War 4 Bundle Redemption - Not working

I'm from New Zealand and I'm trying to redeem the code for the free Gears of War 4 game. I have downloaded the ASUS game promotion authenticator
but it fails and says "Sorry, we can't detect your PPID."

I have tried sending the site admin a message like it says to do with all the details of my graphics card but when I submit the form
it comes back with "Ungültige Weiterleitungs (Invalid redirect.)"

I have also sent an email to oppromotion@asus.com.au and rog_forum@asus.com last week but no reply as of yet.

I just want my game code! It shouldn't be this hard.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I'm having the exact same issue.

I've messages board admin, rog email, msgd on facebook, but have not received any responses.

I'm in complete agreement with thekiwidavid.

Why is it so hard to get a response ?

I have the exact same issue.

I am from Australia and purchased the game 4 days ago and immediatly tried to redeem the GoW4 game via the online instructions - which took forever and i still have not heard from ROG.

The PPID number took like a 100 times as the instructions pictures you are using are just flipping bad - you would think someone who chargers AUD$1000 for a card would have better instructions or online support.
Anyway i got the PPID correct and uploaded all the required information. Even reached step 4 which said the codes have been emailed to me but still nothing.

I reached out on the rog_asus@forum.com for 4 days straight but still no reply.

Why is so bloody hard to give out product codes? Asus used the ROG Strix partnership boards to advertise for this promotion?? and they did not think about stocking game codes?

into my 5th day now and just about had my fill. Never again ROG.

Having same issue got the "Ungültige Weiterleitungs (Invalid redirect.)" so emailed - got response few days later so they gave me a new link

This was at least English ans seemed to submit - but that was 29th Sept and still no response with codes

Please kindly private message me with the following, and we will do our best to resolve this matter ASAP:
1. A photo of your PPID label.
2. A photo of your purchase invoice.
3. A photo of your serial number label.
4. The screen shot of the errors encountered.
5. When did you last tried to redeem and encountered this issue?

Remark: For this case alone, I can only assist ANZ (Australia & New Zealand) customers, as I have no authority for other regions I am afraid.

I'm having the same issue, although the authenticator does seem to let me progress. For the GTX1070 Turbo, the label was on the side of the card with the format "GTX1070 xxxxxx-xxxxx". The website seems to be down however. Have PM'ed the ASUS rep, hopefully get a reply soon! :P

purchased my card last week with no GOW 4 Redeem code. I heard the servers got hacked and codes were stolen. Maybe you guys could give another game to redeem.
Still no response from admin about this problem.
