    Still yet to receive any information as to whether I'll be receiving a code. Taking far longer than 3 to 5 days to process.

    Still broken for me.

    Was told by the system my PPID etc had already been redeemed then I checked my redemption status which told me I had not submitted anything.

    Basically its broke, i replied to my PM last week saying it was fixed with no it isn't and have not gotten a reply in a week.

    Pretty awful service at this point...

    How difficult is it to put a code into a box...............

    I got my code last night and have to redeemed it, everything worked.
    It wasn't through the redemption site though, pretty sure it was from one of the messages i sent to ASUS OP.

    Just thought i would let you know,

    Registered 2½ weeks ago via the Gears of War 4 redemption page and still no code. I read other have been waiting even longer.

    Definately taking longer than the stated 3-5 days.

    still no code via email

    Hi ASUS OP, i registered for the game on 29th OCT, and still have not received code via email. i know i have successfully submitted it, please kindly look into this, i have sent you a private message as well. thank you.

    Redemption GoW4 not working

    I've successfully verified my GTX 1070 OC serial and PPID with the authenticator app but the website gives me a maintenance page every time I submit my serial, PPID and receipt. What's going on? It's been like this all day...

    Still broken and OP ASUS hasnt replied to me since 28th Oct.

    This is pathetic and my faith in the company is at 0%.

    Finally got my code yesterday. After waiting 2½ weeks and not getting a code. Ended up sending a PM to BAHZ with my details. He passed the info on to the promotions team and the next day I received a code. Since they could look up my details and invoice from my redemption submission.

    Haven't tried the code yet. Hopefully it will work.
