Razer Leviathan is not working properly (Asus G20)

Hello,
When I connect the Razer Leviathan to my Asus G20 and I select it in the Playback devices I have no sound. If I select the Realtek speakers then I have a sound but the subwoofer doesn't work. What should I do?
