Hello, a few days ago i saw a weird spot on my motherboard chipset, now a few days later it becomes bigger, see photo. Why and what problems can it cause? Thanks in advance http://tinypic.com/r/xanqz9/9

Sorry, where is the spot you are referring to? I am having trouble locating the point of concern here.

By the way, please remember to move the protective film on the heatsink lable. It should be removed before use.
