That is very bad stuttering... Are you overclocking any components? Did you update any drivers or BIOS when this issue began?

You may also want to check that your SSDs are in good health, and that your hard disk has no bad sectors.

the bios and the drivers are all up to date and I have also performed a clean installation of Windows 10 pro 1607 about a month ago... the problem started in July and it comes in all games
